The company is Spacebourne, Inc. The vision statement of the company is "Never set foot on Earth." Spacebourne is committed to making it possible that a human being can be born and live out an entire lifecycle 100% off-Earth. Over the lifetime of the company, this could include innovation in biological support systems, terra forming and habitation, long term energy generation, artificial gravity, food supply chains and off-Earth agriculture, on-orbit manufacturing, and advanced propulsion systems.

Deep-dive into the company's background, founders, and the current state: The founder is Krystal Khali, MBA, musician, and biobehavioral scientist with a vision to be at the forefront of the burgeoning second wave space age. Spacebourne is actively building the founding C Suite team and board of advisors.

Discussion of the industry landscape, target market, and competitive positioning: The good news is that with this big second explosion of space innovation, governments around the globe are now funding more start of aerospace corporation's than ever before. In recent years, money has been pouring into the space sector. Take 2021, when public and private markets put $10 billion of fresh capital to work in space companies. These investments are fueling a new wave of dynamism and innovation throughout the space ecosystem, with downstream impacts on the competitive landscape.

Explanation of the company's technological differentiation and unique selling points: Spacebourne's technological differentiation is 2 patent pending technologies involving the Rapidly Evolving Drone Industry and disruptive long term energy generation. Unique selling points include that the company's founder is a minority female, and the US government is currently required to award a percentage of aerospace grants to underrepresented demographics. Description of Spacebourne's culture and values: based on Ray Dalios “Work Principles” and the “EOS (Entrepreneur Operating System.)” There is a tested and iterated system in place at Spacebourne for management and company culture right from the beginning. Ray Dalio is the founder of Bridgewater, considered by many to be the best and most innovative hedge fund of all time, as well as the author of one of the most influential theories in macroeconomics. EOS is a highly streamlined system for company management processes such as a system for holding meetings called “Level 10 Meetings” which greatly reduces the overall number of meetings held per quarter as well as the average length of time for meeting. Leveraging the culture manufacturing process of Ray Dalio and EOS, Spacebourne plans to be on the forefront of innovation within the next 7 years.
